Policies

I do my best to attend all sessions punctually and prepared. I work to be as flexible as possible to fit your schedule. In return, I hope for some flexibility from you. See below my general policies for conduct and payment. 

Student Attendance Policies
  • If you need to cancel a tutoring session,  I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the session.
  • Everyone gets one <24-hour cancellation forgiven. I get it, sometimes life happens.
  • For additional cancellations with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for 1 hour of tutoring at the relevant rate.
  • Sessions missed with no prior communication (“no call, no show”) will be charged for the full session length starting from the first offense.
  • Extenuating circumstances are always considered.
  • Session payments are due 24 hours after the session is concluded. 
  • Additional sessions will not be held while outstanding payments are due
  • I accept payments via Zelle (preferred), PayPal, or Venmo.
